Strategy:

The goal is to be able to get a Palkia-EX in the active slot as early as possible, and to use its first attack in order to accelerate energy onto benched Kyogre-EX. Between that, manual attachment, and max elixir, you should be able to stream Primal Kyogre-EX. Manaphy-EX is here in order to provide free retreat cost. Articuno is to help with the NightMarch match up, and Flareon-EX is to try and counter grass decks.
