ok first.

1. the manual says during setup
"players set aside there own prize cards"
does that mean we choose what our 6 prize cards are?

2. Poke-body ? is this the same as poke-power? can it be used from bench.
because my new metapod has pokebody (all my grass pokemon have no weakness) which is amazing if it works from bench but useless if not.

3. my swinub has a move "flip a coin if heads you may take one card from my discard pile into my hand" do i have to let my opponent see? it doesnt state to but he said he does have to say

Which led to this argument
4. can you place energy directly under a pokemon deliberatly so the other player cant see it?
cause i depending on how much energy he had i would have changed my mind on my attack. but he had them under and wouldnt let me see how much was attatched to his pokemon?

5. when your pokemon gets knocked out. do you
a) replace with benched pokemon then draw a card
B) draw a card then replace with benched pokemon?
it makes a small difference.

6. if i put a card out from my bench then make No other move at all (not even draw a crad). Am i allowed to change my mind on that turn before doing anything else.or if i put one out by mistake or not is that final?

7. my card Kecleon lv.34
Poke-body -- colourful body
"kecleons type is f,w,l,p,d,r,s,c,g" (well all types)

8. does that mean the oponent is ALWAYS weak against it?
the card also states its weakness is rock, im assuming that never changes.

9. are you allowed to use damaged cards? ones that recognisable from behind.
would it massively effect the game? (we use them but dont allow them in our prize cards)

10. the recycle energy card. my friend has one. instead of discarding the energy it goes to you hand.
this card seems very unfair to me.
i have an alakazam which make the opponent maybe loose and energy if i get heads.
my friend always removes that card and puts it straight into his hand. then back on next time.
also for moves which require he discards an energy he always picks that one.

my question is there some restrictions to it?
and if my alakazam removes one energy from his card who chooses what energy? cause i would choose the one which does not recycle, after all no move iv seen ever states who.

11. can you discard cards at any time during your turn? or can i only put cards in the discard pile if they die or the card tells me to

12. the original bill card says draw 2 cards
the new bills say the same but you can play only one per turn.
so can you use the original bill as many times as you like now or not?

same with gust of wind which lets you swith you opponents pokemon with any one. the new cards that do the same you have to flip for

1. No, the top six cards from your deck after you draw your opening hand are your prizes.
2. Poke-Body is not the same as Poke-Power. Unless it says otherwise, a Poke-Body can be used from the bench.
3. No you do not have to show because it can be any card and the attack doesn't say you need to. I would like to let you know that the contents of the discard pile are public knowledge so your opponent can look at it when they want.
4. Energy must be plainly visible as to how many are attached and what types.
5. When your Active Pokemon gets knocked out, you must replace it before the between turns phase which is also before you draw.
6. It is up to your opponent if you haven't done any other action.
7. Yes it is treated as all types as long as its Poke-body isn't being negated.
8. If they don't have a weakness they aren't weak to it. Kecleon is always weak to fighting unless an effect erases its weakness such as Exploud.
9. No you aren't because that constitutes a marked card. If the damage can't be seen through the back when it is in a sleeve, it is fine though. All your cards must be in the same sleeves though.
10. It depends on what effect removes the energy. You have to read the wording to find out who chooses. If it says choose, then you get the choice. If it says your opponent chooses, then they get to choose. Otherwise there are no restrictions on it. ~Mark

11. You are not allowed to discard cards from your hand for no reason; you can only discard cards via the effect of a card that tells you to discard.
12. You have to go by the most recent printing of the card. Therefore, Bill is always treated as a Supporter, and all Mysterious Fossil have 50 HP and not 10.
However, the new 'Gust of Wind' you spoke of is Pokemon Reversal; they do not have the same name. The original Gust of Wind is still played the same (it just is not Modified-Legal).
