Ruling expert belt question

lets say an attack does 30 and then 10 to all benched pokemon
if that pokemon has expert belt does it do
a) do 50 to active and 10 to each bench
b) do 50 to active and 30 to each bench

please clarify and thanks

The attack will do 50 damage to the active and 10 to each bench Pokemon.~Mark

Expert Belt only increases damage done to a player's Active Pokemon, not to any Benched Pokemon.
