EV train rotom?

I want to EV train a rotom, probably wash form with Trick, Volt Switch, Choice Scarf etc.
Any suggestions for moves and EVs?

^That, but I think Timid is generally the preferred nature. Also, if you're playing on Wi-Fi and can't get the IVs for Hidden Power (or you don't want to run Hidden Power anyway), you can use both Thunderbolt and Volt Switch on the same set.

Also consider Will o' Wisp. It lets Rotom be an amazing crippler. You can ruin walls like Blissey with the scarf, the ruin a physical sweeper with Will o' Wisp, and then still be able to hit with good STAB moves in Thunderbolt/Volt Switch and Hydro Pump. If you are better at predictions then your opponent, it's a very good Pokemon.

Why would you run Will-o-wisp on a Choice Scarf set?~de
