Ruling ERL Question

[Purpose]

When I use Entei Raikou Legend Thunder Fall attack, and I have 3 prizes and my opponent has 3 prizes, and I knock out 5 of my opponent's pokemon and 4 of my own do I win because I took more prizes, or is it sudden death? Thanks in advance.

As answered in a previous question, there really isn't such thing as a state of 'negative prizes remaining'. If both you and your opponent have taken all your remaining prize cards after an attack, then you would go into Sudden Death (PROVIDED, of course, that both of you still have Pokemon left in play - if a player doesn't have any Pokemon left in play, the opponent would have 2 victory conditions to their 1, and therefore Sudden Death wouldn't happen).
