i have a deck that is a kingdra prime empolean deck it has:

2 horsea from legends awakened
2 seadra from leagends awakened
2 kingdra prime
2 uxie
1 uxie x
4 piplup from platinum
2 prinplup from majestic dawn
1 empolean from majestic dawn
3 empoleon from platinum

2 warp points
2 expert belts
2 professor oak new theory
4 poke drawer +
2 professor oaks vist
2 bebes search
1 luxury ball
1 palmers contribution
3 pokemon collecters
2 judge
3 pokemon communication
2 broken time space
4 rare candies

8 {W} energy
3 double colorless energy

Kingdra primes to snipe 10 on bench while Empoleon do most of damage.
If nessary Kingdra primes set up quickly and do 60 for one water energy.
Uxie X = draw power and with DCE can do Zen Blade.
Standard trainers...can use a little more speed.

Well rather than put it in the tournament deck garage. Why don't you ask the mods if you can move it to the casual deck garage for help on a strategy?

Hi!

Well, I think you should make this deck straight Kingdra. I use 3 Primes and 2 LA. As for your lines, they should probably look something like this:
4-3-3/1 Kingdra Prime/LA
2 uxie
1 uxie x
1 Unown Q (Free retreat for just about everything in the deck.)
1 Azelf LA (Just in case something good is prized.)
I might also recommend a Spiritomb or two just in case you get a slow start, you can slow the other guy down too and it will help you set up an attacker.

As for your T/S/S, I think they look pretty good. I would just say to add these:
1 bebes search
1 palmers contribution
1 pokemon collecters
1 pokemon communication
2 broken time space
5 {W} Energy
And since you only have 3 open slots from the Pokemon section, I'd say you should drop the 3 DCE, the 2 POV, the 2 Judge, and a Warp Point.
