I understand this completely which is why I offer 7 pokedex wants for 1 of my 5 IV pokemon on my list.
Also 7 of either PP Up, Rare Candy, and/or Heart Scale. None of which are at all difficult to get.
I would love to trade with you and hopefully we can work something out. LMK if you can do any of the mentioned above.

I could probably farm Heart Scales... So, for both Pancham and Charmander, I'd need 14, yes? Would that be acceptable?

Sounds good, that is completely acceptable.
You can use poke miles for them if you didnt already know.

Ya idk how to explain it well but you're given poke miles for several things such as wonder trade.
You can then spend those poke miles for Rare Candies, Heart Scales among other good items.
Give it a search it will benefit you immensely

Right, I got it. I bought 40 Heart Scales, just have to wait for GameSync to allow me to get them.

Also... How am I suppose to give you the Heart Scales? Do I have to trade you 1 pokemon for each Heart Scale? o.e

Yea i realized that, also the Eevee you have may not have Wish so if you want we can trade back for one that does have one.
