Ruling Dialga lv X

I know the rotation for this year took us from Legends Awakened and on, meaning the Dialga lv X that was in Great Encounters is no longer legal for tournament use (as I assume the Dialga Lv X promo that released with Palkia and Darkrai Lv X) but what about the Dialga Lv X (reprint of a reprint) that came out with the Platinum stuff (Giratina Lv X and Sky Forme Shaymin Lv X) is that still legal for deck use?

In fact, can someone give me an idea which promos in general are still legal for deck use?

1) Please include card scans/links for posts in this section.

2) The current rotation is Majestic Dawn-onward, not Legends Awakened-onward. It also allows for Diamond/Pearl Promos 22 and higher (including all HGSS promos). Read here for more details. Since Dialga LV X was reprinted as DP-37, it would still be legal.

Also, note, that the Dialga and Palkia that were originally in the DP sets are legal, as they have been reprinted twice: once in GE, and once again as DP promos, with numbers that I believe are DP26 and DP27, respectively. (In fact, the only thing that isn't legal is Palkia LV.X!)
