Hmmm, well that does seem interesting. Deoxys-EX is on a competitive spurt to outclass Mewtwo-EX these days, so I can see where TPCI is coming from.

IMO there two very different cards, you don't use deo ex b/c of his attack his power lays into the pokemon power he has and how it get certain pokemon to the golden number of 170 or 180 to knock out exs for ohko fairly easily, where mewtwo is more of a brute force who you want to play as your attacker, deo is more of a sit on the bench pokemon.
