Do the halves of Darkrai/Cresselia LEGEND ( TR 99 and TR 100, which counts as a {D} and {P} Pokemon) count as {D} Pokemon cards for Honchkrow's Vengeance attack (UD 16) which reads:


{D}{C}{C} does 10 damage plus 10 more damage for each {D} Pokemon in your discard pile?

Yes. They still count as {D} (as well as {P} ) Pokemon when outside of play, so they will add to Vengeance attack.
