Also the UK based seller The Card Collector has very reasonable prices on singles (in British Pounds, so not great in USD but still reasonable) and is willing to work with you if you need to purchase a lot of C/U or something that he doesn't specifically list.

I've ordered from there a few times when I was having trouble finding the card I was looking for and have always been pleased.
