How often you're on the Forums: I'm always on. =P
A sample card:

Shuckle - 70 HP - {G}
Basic

[Poke-Body] Cautious
Reduce all damage done to Shuckle by attacks by 10 damage for each damage counter on Shuckle.

{G}{C} Flying Spikes
If there is no Spikes Dice in play, place a dice next to Shuckle with the number 1 facing up(this is now known as a Spike Dice). If there is a Spike Dice in play, show the side of that Spike Dice equal to the current number plus 1. (you can't go past 6) If Shuckle is your active Pokemon and the Defending Pokemon retreats, place damage counters on that Pokemon equal to the number on the Spike Dice. Then, if the Spike Dice is showing a number that is 3 or more, show the side of the dice equal to the shown number minus 2.

Weakness: {R} +30
Resistance: None
Retreat Cost: {C}{C}

I'll add you, Pokemaniac.

XKurma93X-
Neatness, Spelling, Grammar, Instructions Followed (3/5) Hitmontop's body was a bit hard to understand. Lots of little things.
Creativity (10/10) Cool ideas. I can tell you put a lot of time into this.
Not overpowered or under-powered (3/5) Hitmonchan's Body is way over-powered, and Hitmonlee's is a bit.
Total: 16/20

MS Eeveelution-
Neatness, Spelling, Grammar, Instructions Followed (5/5) Great job on that part.
Creativity (6/10) Finneon is nothing even close to out of the ordinary, and 2 cards when you had the option of a LV. X is...
Not overpowered or under-powered (4/5) Finneon is under-powered, as well as Lumineon's attack, but his power is over-powered.
Total: 15/20

Not a bad starting score. Thanks for the prize additions, but for now you'd be giving them away to more than half the people!

Remember that I am still in need of 1 more judge and many more contestants.

RE: Celebi's Fake Spoiler Competition. First round ends 12/14/2008!

LV, sure. That's great. I'll also add your prizes when I get a chance.

Gengar Master-
Neatness, Spelling, Grammar, Instructions Followed (2/5) Poliwag's Splatter attack is way off. You already don't apply W/R for damage counters. Lots of minor errors that I won't specify.
Creativity (10/10) The high amount of cards makes up for the blandness of Poliwag and Poliwhirl.
Not overpowered or under-powered (4/5) Politoed and Poliwrath are way over-powered, and Poliwrath LV. X's power is virtually useless.
Total: 16/20

muddy68-
Neatness, Spelling, Grammar, Instructions Followed (4/5) Many minor errors. Damage Counters, not Damage Points.
Creativity (9/10) Gengar is pretty bland, but good job on the basic/Stage 1.
Not overpowered or under-powered (4/5) Gengar is underpowered, the LV. X is over-powered. Crazy damage without having to end your turn!
Total: 17/20

Good job guys. I am still accepting entrants!

RE: Celebi's Fake Spoiler Competition. First round ends 12/14/2008!

How is poliwrath's pokepower useless?

During your next turn your attacks do 30 more if you don't attack this turn.

RE: Celebi's Fake Spoiler Competition. First round ends 12/14/2008!

Right. If you don't attack that turn, you do a measly 30 damage. I can't think of one situation where it would be good to give your opponent a damage-less turn for 30 the next. If you can't OHKO them, at least do some damage and kill them the next turn. Don't give them a free turn! I guess this is helpful against Dusknoir, but you aren't supposed to build a fake card to counter a specific card! Feel free to argue.

I am still accepting enterants. Serebii and Zyflair, get those spoilers in! Judges, I need your input, too.

RE: Celebi's Fake Spoiler Competition. First round ends 12/14/2008!

Ok, it’s time to judge my entry:

Mudkip HP 50 {W}

{W} Water gun 10

Flip a coin. If heads, this attack deals 20 damage to one of your opponent’s benched Pokemon (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for benched Pokemon).

Retreat Cost: {C}

Marshtomp HP 80 {W}
Poke-Power Splashing Entry
When you play Marshtomp from your hand to evolve one of your Pokemon, you may discard up to 5 {W} or {F} energy cards from you hand. Place a damage counter on your opponent’s Pokemon in any way you like for each energy card you have discarded.

{W} Rainy day
Flip over as many of your prize cards face up as you like. As long as you have a prize card facing dace up, all {W} Pokemon deal 20 more damage. At the end of each of your turn, if one of your prize cards is face up, flip on of them face down. This effect lasts even if Marshtomp is no longer the Active Pokemon.

{W}{W}{C} Muddy Water 60
Place 3 damage counters on your opponent’s benched Pokemon in any way you like.

Weakness: {G} +20

RE: Celebi's Fake Spoiler Competition. First round ends 12/14/2008!

Really sorry for the late results, i thought once all contestants have submitted their cards then only i can judge.

XKurma93X-
Neatness, Spelling, Grammar, Instructions Followed (4/5) Hitmontop's should be a little more into detail.
Creativity (10/10) Great Ideas/Bodies
Not overpowered or under-powered (3/5) Hitmonchan's and Hitmonlee's body is overpowered. It should have a limit
Total: 17/20

MS Eeveelution-
Neatness, Spelling, Grammar, Instructions Followed (5/5) 1 little error but still forgiveable.
Creativity (6/10) Finneon is really plain. Lumineon is something that I have seen before.
Not overpowered or under-powered (4/5) 50HP should be best for Finneon. Lumineons attack is under-powered.
Total: 15/20

Gengar Master-
Neatness, Spelling, Grammar, Instructions Followed (3/5) Damage counters already don't apply W/R. Lots of minor errors. The more cards you have, the more errors you will have.
Creativity (9/10) Many interesting attacks. However should be better worded.
Not overpowered or under-powered (4/5) Politoed is way over-powered, its attack should have a flippy. Poliwrath LV. X's power is under-powered. Look at Ludicolo GC, exact same power but better and its not even a Lv.X
Total: 16/20

muddy68-
Neatness, Spelling, Grammar, Instructions Followed (4/5) Damage Counters, not Damage Points. A number of Minor Errors
Creativity (7/10) Not that all Special but still...
Not overpowered or under-powered (4/5) Gengar is way under-powered. Gengar LV. X power si way Over-Powered.
Total: 15/20

Zyflair-
Neatness, Spelling, Grammar, Instructions Followed (3/5) Rainy Day is kinda hard to understand with all the spelling errors, dace should be face and on should be one. Many Minor Errors
Creativity (9/10) Really greats ideas. Howevers needs to be worded correctly.
Not overpowered or under-powered (4/5) Marshtomp {W} is Over-Powered, 3 energy for 60 and 30 to bench not to mention the Power. It could deal heavy damage in 1 turn.
Total: 16/20

It's not a damageless turn, only a damageless turn for him. You can still attack with someone else. Anyone lese can still attack.

Btw: Just so you know I'm not arguing about my score, I'm just saying...:p

Total: 14/20
Please reread Swampert's Surf, and while I do realize that I had rushed this entry with typos, I believe they are worded quite correctly.

I do not even see how Marshtomp is that overpowered. Take LA Lanturn for example; both have 80 hp and while Marshtomp deals 60 with 30 snipe, Lanturn can deal 80 for three as well (With a lighting energy and two water). Its power perhaps.

Lastly, I say no reason from you on why I should get a 8/10 on Creativity. They're "greats" ideas so they should get 9-10 on Creativity, but you dock off for poor wording? One, what poor wording, and two, what does wording have to do with creativity?!

RE: Celebi's Fake Spoiler Competition. First round ends 12/14/2008!

Zyflair-
Neatness, Spelling, Grammar, Instructions Followed (3/5) Does, not deals. Many minor errors.
Creativity (9/10) Very creative, but 10 spread+damage is pretty classic.
Not overpowered or under-powered (5/5) Congrats! First person to get that.
Total: 17/20

Gengar Master-
I see your point, but in that way he becomes too strong. I had already said it's okay to argue, as long as when I say case closed you stop.

ikylez-
Great. I'll add those on.

Serebii/Pokemaniac- You're the only ones we need now.

LV- Please rate when you get a chance.

Everyone- I still need some contestants and will accept reserve judges.

Ops, I read swampert wrongly.
Lanturn has 90HP, it is also the final evo. Where as Marshtomp has an evo. I still say Marshtomp is a little overpowered. "IF" you do play Marshtomp and use its power and discard 5 energy cards, It could do 60 damage plus 8 damage counters spread. I know you could do this only once. But still, 8 Damage counters spread is really painful for a 1st stg. This would be more suitable for a Stg 2 maybe. I dont think i've ever seen a Stg 1 with a Stg 2 Evo with this much damage power.
I did not reduce any score from your creativity for word errors. The only interesting thing i see here is Marshtomp {W}. The others are not bad but its all done and seen before.

Celebi23 : I've Edit my scores

This is providing that you actually can discard 5 energy cards from your hand and have three attached to Marshtomp. I doubt that'll happen easily
This would be more suitable for a Stg 2 maybe. I don't think I've ever seen a Stg 1 with a Stg 2 Evo with this much damage power.
In the DP-on format, no, but I decided to balance out the damage with the slowness.
I did not reduce any score from your creativity for word errors. The only interesting thing I see here is Marshtomp {W}. The others are not bad but its all done and seen before.
Alright, but I think you should also consider the main strategy for Swampert.
Thank you for changing your grade.
