Ruling BTS in Unlimited situation

If a Broken Time-Space Stadium card is in play, am I allowed to use Pokemon Breeder trainer card to evolve a Squirtle to a Blastoise, if I just played the Squirtle on this turn?

I would say yes because BTS allows you to break the evolution rules and evolve the same turn it is played.~Mark

I second. Without Broken Time-Space in play, you would need to wait a turn before using Pokémon Breeder to evolve a Squirtle into Blastoise. With it in play, you can play Pokémon Breeder.
