Ruling BTS and HP increases

1) I kinda stumbled upon this question, and I was wondering if because BTS kills all evolution rules, can you level up a Lv. X if you played it on the same turn.

2) And, if I play Ditto LA, it Pokebody:

Pokebody: Ditto DNA
As long as Ditto is your Active Pokemon, its maximum HP is the same as your opponents Active Pokemon. Ditto can use attacks of that Pokemon as its own. (You still need the necessary Energy to use each attack.) If that Pokemon is no longer your opponents Active Pokemon, choose one of your opponents Active Pokemon for Ditto to copy.

I was wondering if my opponents Active Pokemon had an Expert-Belt attatched and had a Thankfulness Shaymin Lv.X (the opponents active pokemon is grass), would my Ditto get the HP boost from the Belt and Shaymin?

1. Broken Time-Space does not affect the rules of leveling-up. BTS or not, you can't level up a Pokemon the same turn you play/evolve it.

2. Ditto's Body only copies the HP printed on the Defending Pokemon. It does not copy any effects that alter the Defending Pokemon's HP, such as Expert Belt or Shaymin Lv.X's Body Thankfullness.
