I had 5 points for creativity and 5 for how well it was described, then subtracted 1 point from the total if it didnt make sense. An example would be:
If it's supposedly impossible for physical moves to work on it, atleast make an ability that does that. Otherwise, physical moves would still be able to damage it.

Let's see... I just thought of it as a bad idea, 42C. Too much pelican pokemon for me, too much Taillow to Wurmple like stories, but Hipchuck was original, just bleh though. Also, there was already a scientifically made pokemon. Too much ripoff. Also, EROX, it was actually a lovely idea to give Eevee physical typing verses the supposed upcoming dragon eeveelution. The last pokemon, Chilmin, is a softer side of Snorunt, something I would like to see. I will now request in a high-up shop for your pokemon to be made, otherwise, Ice or sonicyellow may have to do it. Go ahead, EROX, do your evalution.
