Avatar Problems?

I can't seem to upload any new avatars. A customer of mine said that when he puts the URL in the Avatar URL box, it says it's unvalid. So I tried, and came with the same thing.

I tried this with my other avatars and it won't work.


Is this happening with anybody else?

Nope, give me the URL I will see if it's something I MAY be able to do. Post the avatar maybe a NEW url will help.

maybe the Avatar is too big?? remember, it is 125x125 now, not 150x150.

Nah. If that was the case, it would have said the avatar is too big, as it has done in past scenarios.

right now it just says the URL is invalid..?

It's the avatar...

Not any url. Some file is corrupted in it. It needs to be re-made.
