Ruling Arceus lv X and rainbow energy

while using the Psychic bolt Arceus, would you be able to discard a single rainbow energy to fill the requirement of "discard a {L} Energy and a {P} Energy attached to Arceus" since it doesn't say energy card? kind of like on how attaching a rainbow onto Roserade lets you do both effects.

EDIT: I just saw the ruling on Magnezone lv X. sad, wish I could use a rainbow or this, oh well.

No. If you discard a Rainbow Energy, you must also discard either a lightning, a Psychic energy, or Rainbow Energy.~Mark
