Do you think the evolution line is broken without Kadabra? I think so because on Alakazam it still says stage 2 and Kadabra is a stage 1 card. Do you think if they leave out Kadabra they should Make Alakazam's card a stage 1 card instead of a stage 2 card? What do you think should happen?:)

Tis not Broken. You cannot evolve Abra straight into Alakazam without using Rare Candy or Abra's attack. Which you have to flip a coin for anyways.

^ not anymore:
PC: ultra evolution
search your deck for alakazam and place on top of abra ( this counts as evolving abra) shuffle your deck after.

Alakazam is an alright card too...and woah! no flip! T2 Alakazam h4x!

Not as broken as Honchkrow though...

Krucifer, Niether are broken.

Alakazam is decent, but 3 for 50 is terrible, and its effect for the attack isnt that great.

Alakazams power can be great early game :p

No they should not print a pathetic kadabra as this would result in nintendo paying out lots of money. They would not print alakazam if it was impossible to evolve into it and they would probably leave out abra if there was no alakazam. This is better than nothing. Although it would be a lot easier if somebody got with Uri Gellar and ask him to lift the ban.

The Alakazam line isn't as broken as Bannette ex was because Abra's Ultra Evolution takes two energy and what if you get an Alakazam in your hand??? You better hope for a Rare Candy. We should write a thread and get a whole bunch of signatures send it to Nintendo and get them to sue the Kadabra maniac!!!

No, Seriously, this is not funny anymore.

Uri Gellar LOST the case he tried to sue Nintendo for. Besides that, Kadabra was not even the name he sued them for!

So...Please stop saying that Uri Gellar won the case and got a permanent ban on Kadabra...Cause it just didn't happen :p

Why did he sue Nintendo??? lol ....Anyway It`s not really broken.T2 lock is a pretty nice feature though.Medicham EX was kind of better though.

Abra and Alakazam are not broken. The evolution line itself is broken without Kadabra. As long as there is no Kadabra the evolution line is broken because there is only a basic and stage 2 card but no stage 1 card.:)

No. Now the dustox ex line, that was broken. That and empoleon have probly the 2 best supporting lines I've ever seen (the end results are different however).

dustox ex wasnt broken, nuff said.
banette ex wasnt broken, its just speedy.
prinplup is not broken, but its a beast.

whats broken? slowking..

Slowking...Even the errata'd version was h4x, h4x and more h4x.

Papi never said Dustox was broken, he said the Dustox LINE. You could get Dustox out T2 WITHOUT rare candy - and you still can with D/P rules. Pity it ain't legal. Dustox Ex was fairly strong, but very far from broken, however, the evolution line WAS broken. Bannete Ex was fast AND semi-broken. Prinplup? That thing can kick enough butt on it's own. Prinplup is semi-broken. BUT, it becomes a broken COMBINATION when used with things like Absol Ex...

There is a difference between a Broken Card, a Broken Combination and a Broken Evolution line.

I think that Kadabra should come back because it was a good card even though it was only a stage 1 card and the way it is now makes it look like Abra evolves into Alakazam which is not true and with out Abra technically Alakazam cannot be used unless the special attack is used or a trainer card is used so the line is broken until they make another Kadabra card so technically you can't evolve Abra.:)

Sorry, I was under the impression that Uri did win. So how come there has not been a kadabra card since? Jynx caused more contraversy but we have seen purple jynx recently.
