I'd like to ask a seller a question on a Taiwan auction website, but I need to have an ID in order to sign up to ask the question. Is anyone here from Taiwan that can ask the question for me? I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

I think you would have to sign up with a valid ID number in order to ask a question about a card. I'm assuming the ID is only for Taiwanese residents, but I could be wrong. Thanks for any help! If you happen to know anything at all about the EX Legend Maker set in Chinese, please let me know! I'm trying to get both Voltorb and Electrode from that set and its proving to be quite the challenge...
