This is my first RMT for a new kind of tier, RU (Rarely Used) I believe. I have been working on this team for a while, and haven't succeeded in making the official yet, so without further ado, here is the team.

Detailed Analysis

Omastar:
139.gif

Omastar @ Leftovers
Nature: Bold (+Def, -Atk)
Ability: Shed Shell
Ev's: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Moves:
Stealth Rock
Spikes
Surf
Ice Beam

All though Omastar isn't a very known defensive Pokemon, he is paired with moves that have a high supporting role. The main array is to switch into something that doesn't threaten Omastar, (Fire, Flying, Etc. Etc...) and set up spikes, and stealth rock. This makes him my lead/supporter. Surf adds some STAB to his move-set, and allows him to look normal. Omastar is my Premiere lead, and supporter, so that he can quickly get me a entry hazard set up.

Electivire:
466.gif

Electivire @ Expert Belt
Nature: Adamant (+SPa -Atk)
Ev's: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Moves:
Thunder Punch
Ice Punch
Cross Chop
Earthquake

Electrivire is my Wall breaker. with his coverage, and STAB, this allows him to make critical moves, at critical times. He does the most damage against walls, and was a great recommendation. He does the main damage for my team. He is my breaker/Support/Sweeper. This is my all-star.

Elektross:
604.gif

Elektross @ Life orb
Nature: Adamant (+SPa -Atk)
Ev's: 4 HP/ 252 ATK/ 252 SPA
Moves:
Protect
Hidden Power (Ice)
Thunder
Flamethrower
Elektross is my main sweeper. He does the electric damage, to counter rain, and he does the poison damage for an extra hit. He comes in, and can become a breaker, using Volt Switch to slowly break down walls, working in co-op with Swellow for this. He is the secondary to Electrivire, and can do the damage needed. He is my secondary All-Star, I guess you could say he is the bench warmer or runner up in my team.

Swellow:
277.gif

Swellow @ flame orb
Nature: Jolly (+Spe -Atk)
Ev's: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Moves:
Facade
Brave Bird
U-Turn
Quick Attack

Swellow is my wall defense. He comes in, and slowly weakens walls. He can quickly attack, and get his butt out of there. He is my biggest defensive core, and one of the best options for my team in my opinion. Swellow is how Minun, and Plusle get their sweeping abilities, without Swellow, they are just another Pokemon on my team.

Dugtrio:
051.gif

Dugtrio @ Life Orb
Ability: Arena Trap
Nature: Jolly (+Spe -Atk
Ev's: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Moves:
Earthquake
Sucker Punch
Stone Edge
Substitute

Dugtrio helps counter Blissey, he can jump in, and KO her without issues. He can quickly attack weaknesses, and occasionally sweep. Because of his STAB he can OHKO Pokemon like Houndoom, Blaziken, and Toxicroak. This is especially useful when I need a quick attack to get rid of a threat. This gives my team some sort of usefulness.

Qwilfish:
211.gif

Qwilfish @ Life orb
Ability: Swift Swim
Nature: Jolly (+Spe, -Atk.)
Ev's: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Moves:
Swords Dance
Waterfall
Explosion
Poison Jab

Qwilfish is the same thing that Omastar is. Bulky enough to get in, do his job and get out. The idea with this set is to turn him in on something that isn't effective against him, then just use supportive moves. He helps if Omastar faints, he can take his role. This Pokemon is another Essential to my team.

This is my team, I hope you can give me some Ideas, and remember that this is a RU team. If you do recommend a Pokemon, can you give me some basic info about him, so I can get a general idea of what you are trying to say.

RE: Minun,+ Plusle= RU teams

*Approved*

I don't know a bunch about the lowered tier pokemon, so I'll leave this for someone like The Assassin or CCloud to rate. Only suggestion I have is to run something like Poison Jab over Explosion on Qwilfish. since Explosion got nerfed, it won't hit as hard any more.

RE: Minun,+ Plusle= RU teams

^Thanks... But I think Bipps is got it...
(He is rating it for me now)

RE: Minun,+ Plusle= RU teams

Okay, lets see what I can do to help you out.

Plusle and Minun, even by RU standards, are terrible Pokemon. I know that they're the basis for your team, but they are terrible, to be blunt. The boost from Plus and Minus only works in doubles, not singles. If you're looking for RU Electric-type sweepers, try Galvantula, Electivire or Eelektross or Zebstrika. All of those Pokemon boast higher stats in all categories when compared to the mice.

I really can't give you more advice on your team until Plusle and Minun's fate is decided. They need to go to help the team excel. Electivire and Eelektross can be wall breakers, so I'd probably recommend them as the replacements.

Also, two users of spikes are overkill. It would be wise to switch one of them to a mixed wall, like Musharna or Mandibuzz.

A couple comments on your Electross. One, what is Acid Rain? Do you mean Gastro Acid? 2, its completely special and has a terrible speed stat, so why does it have jolly? I think Modest would be a better nature, or, if you want to make it mixed, Quiet. Next, why does it have 3 electric moves? It would be way better off with Flamethrower, Grass Knot, Brick Break, and Volt Switch/Thunderbolt imo.

^Acid Rain is a poison attack...

2. Jolly gives him the speed he needs, his attack is fine with me

3. He is good were he is at... But I do like brick break, I'll consider it.

No, its Acid Spray, not Acid Rain.

Jolly Nature reduces Special attack, which is a sin with your Electross running only special moves. And Electross is far too slow to make use of the speed EVs (Base 50 is way too slow). I'd make the EVs 252 HP/252 Sp.A/4 SDef.

You don't need Tbolt, Thunder, AND Volt Switch on Eelektross. I'd recommend completely changing its moveset to: Tbolt, Flamethrower, HP Ice, and Grass Knot. This lets you get perfect coverage instead of 3 redundant Electric moves and one horrible Poison move. OR you may be interested in running Volt Switch over Tbolt and a Choice Scarf.
