1.0 Introduction

During the change of meta play, after World Championships and before Cities, people began to notice how easy it was becoming to use multiple types in a deck. A viable deck with six or more types in it, players have wanted this to be a reality for a long time! As if already having Rainbow energy and Double Colorless Energy, then the addition of Prism Energy wasn't enough. We were just starting take advantage of giants like Zekrom, Tornadus, and the dogs when they start throwing Pokemon EX back at us! The 6Corners deck is full of Pokemon that are meant to do one thing...

Play your opponent's weakness!!!

1.1 Strategy

-Arguably, this deck is the most difficult deck in the format. Your first concern is always hitting your opponent for weakness.
-Mewtwo EX is a great starter with a Double Colorless Energy. This deck runs very few techs, too many can weaken your ability to counter your opponent.
-Be careful in your choices when using Pokemon Collector, and always remember to check your opponent's weakness!
-Shaymin's "Celebration Wind" ability will move energy for you, since there is no efficient way to accelerate energy in this deck.
-Seekers can be used to pick your Shaymin back up, scoop wounded Pokemon, and even clear that single pesky Pokemon from your opponent's bench as you knock out their active.
-Your Rainbow Energy is great for your Outrage Dragons(Zekrom, Kyurem, Reshiram) and Regigigas. Don't be too worried over ten hp, it might help!

2.1 Other Possible Techs

Eelektrik can be used to accelerate energy, but takes away from Your adaptability.

Celebi Prime is a good energy accelerator for this deck, but requires swapping or the use of Skyarrow Bridge.

Kyurem EX Is a great disruptor, and it's weakness to metal rarely is rarely a problem.

Darkrai EX has a great ability to give your Pokemon free retreat, and a resistance to psycic makes him a great stall against Mewtwo! The ability to snipe attack with this Pokemon can win you some prize cards fast.

Victini can KO those pesky Durant, but only if your bench has 5 Pokemon on it. Not to mention his low HP.

3.0 Match Ups

Zek-Eels - This Deck can be tricky. If you can get your Terrakion energized you can OHKO a Zekrom EX.

Celebi-Mewtwo-Tornadus - This match can be easy if you play it right. CMT attaches a lot of energy, which can make some easy targets for your Mewtwo. Catchering Celebis for KOs can cripple your opponent.

Reshi-Plosion - This deck can be your worst enemy. It sets up fast and gets rid of its energy while attacking. Catchers should be used as early as possible to knock out Cyndaquils if possible.

Durant - This is another tough match up, but it can be won with your Reshiram, some Rainbow energy, and a lot of patience.

Terrakion - This is not a difficult match. Virizion can soften them up. Your opponent uses enough energy for your Mewtwo to remain a threat as always. Let your opponent get a prize or two, Shaymin EX can be a great tank.

The Truth - This deck is usually no problem for you. KO Oddishes early to keep those pesky Vileplumes away. Mewtwo will usually be hitting your opponent for weakness.

3.1 Threats

Reshiram/Typlosion - Fast deck with little energy attached after attacks. Kyurem is your best hope.

Durant - Don't over play your trainers. Reshiram is your best bet.

Zekrom/Eelektrik - Zekrom EX discards energy when attacking, don't waste your Mewtwos. Groudon EX can be your best friend here, finish them up with Terrakion and you should be fine...

4.0 Conclusion

6 Corners has evolved as a deck without evolving your Pokemon! It is an exciting and fun deck to play, and can be very competitive if played correctly. It uses large Pokemon of different types to play against different weaknesses and strategies. It could be the most expensive deck you have ever built. The lack of energy acceleration can be difficult, but there are ways around it. Finally, who doesn't want to play a deck with almost all of their favorite Pokemon in it?

We already have a 6 Corners Metagame Deck Center post. Plus, this has terrible spelling grammar. It sounds like a poorly translated Mexican to English bootleg.

Actually, we don't have a six corners one. But I agree that this isn't good enough to go up.
