The three Shiny Pokemon are undoubtedly Vulpix, Swablu, and Lotad from Galactic's Conquest.

We will probably get Hitmonchan, Scyther, and Electabuzz in the next set around May/June-ish.

No. If the set is basically English Galaxy's Conquest, it'll have them in this set coming rather than bank up more and more reprint cards to try and release.
