A big thing with Pichu is that while they DO fill their bench, it's more pokemon for you to abuse. Luring Light out a Terrakion, Zekrom EX, un-powered Mewtwo EX, etc. It's a hit and miss card, and it DOES help give you twins like mentioned, but it's a preference. Drowzee is just kind of useless...
