Zy-yyy~Hey, I've got my review written up for your fic, though I can't post it until later. Frankly, I think it sounds like I'm making excuses as to why I couldn't read all the way through your story despite actually spending all morning reading through all four chapters and the prologue. I have to level with you and say that it's just plain boring to me because it seems so much like two certain books I read a while ago but couldn't bring myself to finish it (i.e. The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown and the second book in the Eragon series, which I can't remember the name of). To me, the biggest issues were with your description style (which seems really indirect and obscure to me) and the way it seemed like your story has a lot of flip-flopping between slow and fast paced scenes. I elaborate more in my review, but I'm afraid to post it because you may just take it as one big slap in the face...

Yes, dearest?I've been sort of busy, though work has slowed up again. My family's had a lot of stuff going on lately, particularly house/yardwork since the weather has been relatively warm and we've been able to get things cleaned out that would otherwise have had to wait until spring. Also we just got a new dryer for my grandma since her old one stopped working a few weeks ago (my dad and I actually picked it up and installed it today even).
