If it helps, you could use Silent Lab as a sub for Garbodor, although it blocks the Abilities from Basic Pokémon only.
As for Landorus-EX, there is no sub for this one. The closest to Hammerhead there is is Kyurem PLF, but that will be rotating out too if you assume XY-on. So there's no sub as of now for this one.
