After some squinting and some zooming, here is what I could make out:
Arceus – Colorless – HP130
Basic Pokemon
[C] XXXX: cannot read but there seems to be a symbol for every energy type
[C] [C] [C] [C] Power XXXX: 120 damage. Discard an Energy attached to this Pokemon
Weakness:XX

I would like to remind everyone that just because this new Marowak exists does not mean Seismitoad EX will not see play. Remember when Hypnotoxic Laser came out and everyone hated it, now remember when Virizion EX came out and everyone assumed Hypnotoxic Laser was no more? Well this is the same...
I agree 100%. I hope The Pokemon Company International has even more awesome things in store for the 20th anniversary, although I can say that I am currently satisfied with the original Japanese backing card sleeves.
First off, try to organize your deck list into something more manageable. Something like what is shown below would work. As you can see the list is broken up into the three major card grouping: Pokemon, Trainers, and Energy. From there some people would even separate out the different types of...
Just as a reminder: Hard Charm does not protect a Pokemon from doing damage to itself.
Here is the text for Hard Charm:
Any damage done to the Pokémon this card is attached to by an opponent's attack is reduced by 20 (after applying Weakness and Resistance).
While I agree, Aegislash is a...
Using Malamar is a great idea! With the effect of abilities you can get the effect of Hypnotoxic Laser almost every turn. How many energy switch do you run, and do you also have a single copy of Dark energy?
Personally I like Shauna more than Birch, but this is a personal call. Ultimately both cards are sub-par draw supporters.
I would advise more Lysandre, mainly because you are going to be aiming to take KO on Pokemon with 170 HP like Hoopa EX which mainly is a bench warmer.
Something like:

Regice's attack prevents all effect of attacks, including damage, done from Pokemon EX.
Dragalge is not a bad idea to pair with Gengar EX, but it ultimately does not help the strategy of this deck, since the focus is Wobbuffet.
I have not play tested with Lucky Helmet much, so that is my first choice but it is really up to you. You may be able to drop a Wobbuffet since you will have a way to recover them.
I see, well if that is the plan then I agree with you. Really you can take either approach for this deck and that is just another reason I like it so much. Currently I have found the Trevenant version stronger but I am sure that either version will be sufficient.
I am definitely going to try...
I agree with you completely. However with this ruling it will reduce the cards play-ability but it will also reduce any headaches in the long run. I would like to see a way to get the BREAK cards into play more effectively since it is more-or-less adding another stage to the evolutionary line...
So you think they will function similar to how the LEGEND cards were, in a way that they are still considered a "Pokemon card" but they are not capable of entering play without the counter part? I can see that being the case.
