Regice's attack prevents all effect of attacks, including damage, done from Pokemon EX. Dragalge is not a bad idea to pair with Gengar EX, but it ultimately does not help the strategy of this deck, since the focus is Wobbuffet.

I agree with you completely. However with this ruling it will reduce the cards play-ability but it will also reduce any headaches in the long run. I would like to see a way to get the BREAK cards into play more effectively since it is more-or-less adding another stage to the evolutionary line...

Have you tested this deck on PTCGO? I am interested in the success rate of this deck. I have also been testing with Latios EX as well as M Latios EX and I have had a fair amount of success against most decks except for fairy of course.

I agree with what you said, a single electric type would make the most since in this spot. I would put bets on a Pachirisu, and judging by the amount of Pokemon in these sets with abilities, I would hope that it would be much like the Pachirisu from Call of Legends.
