Stage 2 decks should still be ok when the format slows down some but I do fear for Stage 1 decks because most Stage 1 guys have low hp to start with and having to wait a turn to evolve will just hurt.

I wouldn't bother with those Machamps.You should try to find a Promocroak or 2.You would also have more space in the deck.

If you a want to make a Budget deck for a good start you can go with the following- Steelix Prime Tyranitar Prime/Umbreon Kindgra Prime Most of these ideas will need some staples from other set,but these should be a good start.There straight foward for the most part.

Seeker is to help pick up a guy who is damaged and to pick back some or your energys as well. Could also be for your Uxies to help to keep drawing into energy.

Seeker is such an amazing card for Gyarados.I could see some Gyarados decks getting rid of their other healing Pokemon(like Blissey Prime and such)and just going with Seekers.

I've seen a few in my area and their lines looked like this- 3-2-3 Kingdra Prime 3-2-3-1 Gengar SF I saw one in action and if it got set up fast enough it did ok.All it tries to do is take cheap prizes.
