Magearna's ability does not interact with Lucario at all. Lucario's damage isn't considered an effect, it's just the terms of how the damage is calculated.

Just to clarify... it will still do damage to those pokemon that don't have metal energies attached to them.

Which one is calculated first? Weakness or resistance? If bisharp hits for retaliate for 30, is it... 30X2-20 = 40? Or is it 30-20 x2 = 20?

Fighting decks are pretty gimped imo. Garchomp is completely useless without Korinna and fighting stadium. This also hurts Zygarde. Also without startling megaphone garb is really hard to deal with.
