You need a way to get your Pokemon out. Level balls or ultraballs maybe even heavy balls but currently you don't have a good way to get Pokemon out. Plus if you're going to run that many EX's, Hoopa is a necessity in this deck

Rough Seas doesn't work because it heals all your Pokemon so any damage you had on seaking's is now gone and then you can't use the first attack so magma base stays

If you're gonna use yveltal you'll wanna add in a battle compressor or two so you can throw away the energy so ou can then in turn use oblivion wing to put them back onto you're pokemon

I think float stones are essential in this deck and 1-2 AZ could be nice toget aigeslash out of the way

Mr. Mine will not protect you from bat damage. He only protects against damage done from attacks so if he is only for bats then you might take him out and look into adding more draw support and potentially more energy
