Pokémon: 19
This is a deck using Raticate BREAK and Ariados. When played correctly, it is capable of Knocking Out any Pokémon in existence. Here is a list of what each Pokémon's part in this deck is:
Raticate BREAK: When paired with Ariados, is capable of knocking out any Pokémon in existence.
Ariados: When paired with Raticate BREAK, is capable of knocking out any Pokémon in existence.
Yveltal: Energy Acceleration. Just there to provide extra damage and to speed up the process.
Shaymin EX: Hand Restoration. Helps when there's that last card you need still in your deck somewhere.
I didn't include tools like Muscle Band, Fighting Sprit Belt, et cetera because Raticate BREAK can do a ton of damage on his own. I included cards like Wally and Winona to get the Rats into play. Only play Silent Lab when there's no Aigeslash in play. This deck can be very efficient when you play it correctly, and could be the most powerful deck ever!
