Upcoming League Promos Feature Reprinted Trainers With Alternate Art!

I left standard cause of VS Seeker rotating.

'Dragon Majesty,' Special Set Releasing in America This Fall!

I'll be playtesting it in expanded with Archie's Ace in the Hole. I think that the only thing that keeps this deck from being one of the best is the inconsistency of Stage 2 decks, but Archie's will hopefully mitigate that somewhat.

News 'Dark Order,' Japan's October Mini-Set!

You must not have seen Hoopa-EX (XY85). I'd consider it to be one of the worst EX cards ever printed.

    Discussion Expanded Post-Ban

Decks that use Sky Field (Zoroark, Mega Ray, etc.) have taken a big hit with the loss of Hex Maniac. Sudowoodo (GRI 66) is a simple tech that works incredibly well against big bench decks.

Stakataka - Metal - HP 140 Basic - [Ultra Beast] [M] Simple Stack - 30+ If the number of cards attached to Stakataka is equal to your remaining prize cards, this attack does 90 more damage. [M][C][C] Stack Attack - 10+ Find the largest stack of cards in play (deck, discard, etc). This attack...

Standard Mega Gardivoir EX Deck (Anti Buzz and Zoro!)

I used to play Despair Ray in Expanded, and this deck lost a lot of good cards because of the last (standard) rotation. Sky Field, Mega Turbo, Shaymin-EX (even with 110hp it wasn't much of a liability), Trainer's Mail, and Wonder Energy. If you're going to run this deck, ditch the Xerneas since...

Japan's SM6+ Set, 'Dragon Storm,' Plus 'Champion Road' Mini-Set!

Salazzle-GX does 110 for two less energy (no burn though). Reshiram deserved a better card imo.

Japan's SM6+ Set, 'Dragon Storm,' Plus 'Champion Road' Mini-Set!

I'm surprised no one has mentioned this yet, but Flint is just an objectively worse version of Superior Energy Retrieval (PLF 103).

    SM6b \'Champion Road\'

Mega Banette and Mega Medicham are two megas I really wanted printed as EX's.

Help Returning after year of absence, anything I need to know?

There have been five Meta-defining cards released since you stopped playing: 1. Tapu Lele GX (Guardians Rising) This card has been compared to Shaymin-EX with how useful it is in a deck. If you have an Ultra Ball in hand, you have whatever supporter you want out of your deck. It makes for a...

News Japan's December Sets: 'Ultra Sun' and 'Ultra Moon!'

It's got very low HP, but this attack is INSANE. With 3 Starmie on the bench (getting 6 energy back each turn) and a choice band, you will hit for 210. If the new Solgaleo-GX is too expensive for some players, I can totally see this becoming a great budget deck to counter Alolan Ninetales and...

News Japan's December Sets: 'Ultra Sun' and 'Ultra Moon!'

Gallade (BKT) does 130 damage if you played a supporter during the same turn (not a specific one though) Yanmega (STS) and Glalie-EX (BKT) were two cards that heavily benefited from Judge (BKT), but they don't require it.

    Glaceon-GX from SM5!

Decks that this card totally shuts down: Volcanion-EX Decidueye-GX (if anyone still plays it) Decks that have an overall more difficult time: Anything with Tapu Lele-GX Tapu Koko-GX Metagross-GX Mega Rayquaza-EX (Expanded, although Hex Maniac exists) Turbo Dark (only if they use Darkrai-GX)

This card is similar to Blaziken (FUF). Only time will tell if this sort of thing will be viable.

Standard Guzzlord GX and his memes

With this sort of deck, keep in mind that the more non-energy cards you put in the deck, the less consistent Eat Sloppily is going to be. Honestly, I'd only run two Random Receiver and three Brigette.
