If I restart Pokemon Black/White, will I be able to get the Mystery Gifts I picked up before I restarted?

In case you were wondering how to get Mystery Gifts in outdated hardware, the link above should answer that query.

My main question would be whether or not I can get all the Mystery Gifts, then restart the game and get the Mystery Gifts again on the same cartridge? I would love to do a nuzlocke, but I do not have another game from Generation 5 to trade to. This would be great if I can do it, because I can keep the Mystery Gift items. Thanks in advance!

The answer would be that as long as the event is still running, you would get the mystery gift any time you restart. However since this is a glitch we are talking about- it's not clear. It depends on how the system works under that glitch. Best options are either asking in the comments of the video or simply trying out and risk it.

Sure @rahulsaha! I will attach some links to help you figure out how to do it.

Here is the main link that will tell you most of what you need to know, but if you have any problems I would either PM me or resort to the next link.

In Gen 5, you will just need to adjust your DNS in the 3DS settings, but Gen 4 is a whole other beast that I have yet to tame due to not having an older router.

If you can set your router security to no password, it will work with the DS (since it's only incompatible with WPA security). Obviously do not do this for an extended period of time or at a time where you have reason to believe it's not safe to do so, but that's how I did it. If you do it, don't forget to set up security again when you're done.

I think you can also use a phone hotspot as well! Either way, getting mystery gifts and battling friend on Platinum is so worth it! Thanks for the router tip, I might give that a try.

(In conclusion, Nintendo WFC works on anything without a password or with a WEP key)
