I very highly doubt that. It's gonna be just like Shiny Silvally GX box was, standard art. Only the full arts had the kind of texturing anyway.

Despite the new GX forms of Pokemon we've already seen (i.e. new Solgaleo GX, new Lunala GX, etc.) this is probably going to be the same GX we've already seen since it's a promo

I am 100% sure that it was sarcasm, and that he is well aware that we've had Darkrai recently! It's more of a low key complaint that we keep getting Darkrai, instead of other Pokemon. Like, why not do a Shiny Diancie GX or a Shiny Marshadow GX, if they really needed Shiny Mythical Pokemon?

They are doing it with all of the expensive playable cards to lower the price so the community doesn't become toxic. It is still getting a bit dull though.
