2013-14 Modified Format: Next Destinies and On?

The German distributor of the Pokemon TCG has announced that their Arena Cup tournaments will be using a Next Destinies and on format. The Arena Cup tournaments always take place between Germany’s Nationals and the next season using the next season’s rules; the event’s info page even acknowledges this format as their next season’s. This is not 100% confirmation that America’s Modified format will be the same format, but it’s a pretty solid indicator. Thanks goes to Yoshi- for the news!
