Victini and Chandelure are not playable cards, suggesting they are simply popular Pokemon. Zorua and Zoroark are popular Pokemon that also have competitive potential. Seismitoad is likely coveted because it's drawn by Shinji Kanda, the same artist who drew Giratina V. Frillish is placed unusually high on both lists due to Jellicent ex's playability.
