English Lugia V from “Silver Tempest” Revealed!

Pokemon has officially revealed Lugia V from Silver Tempest! This is the first English card they’ve revealed from the set. The set releases in America on November 11th. It’ll be a combination of cards from Japan’s Incandescent Arcana and Paradigm Trigger.

Lugia V will also have a full art in the set (below) and a special art version.

And of course the card evolves into Lugia VSTAR:

Lugia VSTAR – Colorless – HP280
VSTAR – Evolves from Lugia V

[C][C][C][C] Storm Dive: 220 damage. You may discard the Stadium in play.

Ability: Assemble Star (VSTAR Power)
You may use this during your turn. Choose up to 2 [C] Pokemon from your discard pile, except for Pokemon with a Rule Box, and put them on your Bench. (Pokemon V, Pokemon-GX, etc. have Rule Boxes). (You can’t use more than 1 VSTAR Power in a game.)

When your Pokemon V is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.
