New Cynthia Tournament Promo and Mini Tin Playmat in Japan!

On January 23rd, Japan will be holding “Extra Battle Day” tournaments at participating hobby shops. Participants will receive a new alternate art version of Cynthia with an “Extra Battle Day” stamp. Winners will also receive a rubber playmat featuring the artwork from our 2018 mini tins. To participate in these tournaments, you’ll need to purchase at least six booster packs (presumably in lieu of an entry fee).

The promo uses the Sun & Moon card template and has the “B” Regulation Mark, so it will retain the legality of the Cynthia from Ultra Prism. This means it won’t be legal for Standard in either Japan or America. But you can still use it in Expanded!
