Five ‘Kanto Friends Mini Tins’ in March, Feature ‘The Scream’ Promos?!

Five new “Kanto Friends Mini Tins” will release in America and Europe on March 5th.

Each mini tin will come with two booster packs, a metallic Pokemon coin, and “a Pokemon art card showing the art from this Mini Tin — you can collect and combine all five!”

The tins could feature The Scream promos since they’re art-related cards. However, two out of the five Pokemon aren’t from Kanto (although they could be considered “friends” of the other Kanto Pokemon). You can “sorta” combine their artwork since they feature each other in the background. So we can’t say their inclusion is 100% right now, but there’s no other promos in Japan that currently fit the product description.
