‘Nintendo Direct’ Live Stream – Potential Pokemon News

Nintendo is holding a live stream at 2:00 PM PT today to discuss upcoming Wii U and 3DS releases. Junichi Masuda has asked Pokemon fans to watch it, so we may be getting some sort of Pokemon announcement. Masuda will also appear on this weekend’s Pokenshi.

The live stream will start when this news story is 12 minutes old.

  • Pokken Tournament will be released in Japan on March 18th for Wii U.
  • If you buy the first production run of the game, you’ll get a Shadow Mewtwo amiibo card, which allows you to unlock Shadow Mewtwo right away. There are normally other in-game conditions to unlock it.
  • New footage of Shadow Mewtwo was revealed (above).
