'Roaring Skies' Ultra PRO Portfolios

As with every set, Roaring Skies will see the release of two Ultra PRO portfolios to store your cards. There will be a 9-pocket version and a 4-pocket version, each with 10 pages that can hold 90 cards and 40 cards respectively (or double that if you double-load each pocket). The 9-pocket version features the booster pack artwork of Mega Rayquaza and Mega Gallade while the 4-pocket version features Mega Latios and Deoxys.
