‘Dragons Exalted’ Prerelease Promo Altaria

The prerelease promo for Dragons Exalted will be Altaria, as you can see below. The card originates from BW5 Dragon Blade / Dragon Blast, though we’ll luckily be getting the alternate artwork promo version that was released in Japan. It appears to be numbered BW40-something.
