‘V For Victini’ Tin Scans

The “V for Victini” tin is now available at many Wal-Marts for $17.98. It contains a holo Victini promo (BW32), a Victini figurine, five Noble Victories booster packs, and a TCGO card to unlock the promo. The Victini is from the Thundurus vs. Tornadus Gift Set, which itself is a reprint of Victini #14 from Noble Victories.
