New ‘HS – Undaunted’ Sampling Pack

Update (10:45 AM, Wednesday) – It turns out that all of the HeartGold and SoulSilver sets have had a “sample pack,” so this isn’t the first time they have been released.

A new HS – Undaunted “sampling pack” is now available at stores like Target for a little more than $2.00. It comes with a wallet-sized mini-binder featuring Entei, Suicune, Raikou, Lugia, and Ho-Oh, which holds 60 cards, as well as a special booster pack with three random cards from the set. This is the first time this type of product has been released, so it is unknown if we’ll see this for future sets or if it was simply a way to sell off extra card stock.
