HGSS Pikachu and Wobbuffet Promos (#3, 4)

Pikachu and Wobbuffet are the third and fourth HeartGold and SoulSilver black star promos, joining Hoothoot and Noctowl, which are numbers five and six. Ho-Oh and Lugia are probably numbers one and two, whereas the Pokemon Prime reprints of Feraligatr, Meganium, and Typhlosion are numbers seven, eight, and nine. The promos are available individually in three-pack blisters containing two HeartGold & SoulSilver packs, one Legends Awakened pack, and a Cranidos coin, though they only seem to be available internationally right now as is often the case.
