Worlds 2008 Lucario Stats

A special Lucario was distributed at Worlds on Sunday via direct cartridge download. To pick it up, a player has to go to a Mart and talk to the man wearing green. The attacks can already be taught to it in Diamond and Pearl – its only “special” qualities are that it is from an event.
