Turn in your deck list to PMJ by: Saturday 3/4/17
Round 2: Sunday 3/5/17 to Wednesday 3/8/17
Round 3: Thursday 3/9/17 to Sunday 3/12/17
Round 4: Monday 3/13/17 to Thursday 3/16/17
Round 5: Friday 3/17/17 to Monday 3/20/17

Changes from February's tournament:
- The player cap has been increased from 64 to 96 players. That's cool, even if we did have another record turnout. "There was 128 people who signed up this month! Will April's tournament be 128 players?" The answer to that question, right now, is no. I am definitely going to discuss it with the staff, but as of now there are no plans to increase the player cap for April to 128.
- Activity warnings are just called warnings now, and they've been outlined in the OP. For those of you who haven't participated in one of our tournaments, you get a warning when you do bad things. Bad things include, but are not limited to, failing to submit your deck list on time, failing to complete your match, failing to respond to an opponent within 48 hours, and missing a scheduled match without previously informing your opponent. If you receive two warnings within one tournament, you will be dropped, making you ineligible for prizes. If you are forcefully dropped by me for receiving two warnings, you will be banned from participating in Pokebeach's PTCGO tournaments for a period of two months. (Subscribers who receive two warnings will still be dropped, but not banned.)
- Due to its success during February, four days per round is now the norm. I saw no issues with players getting their matches done, so I've decided to keep it. It makes the tournament run more quickly and more smoothly.
- Mutual player agreements will now, officially, now and forever or at least until I'm no longer hosting, supersede the rules regarding activity. The "say nothing in 48 hours and you lose" rule is still in effect for those that want to take advantage of it. There have been times in the past where I overruled an agreement to play because one player responded less than an hour over the 48-hour deadline, and that's kinda silly. We want people to play and have fun, but we also want people to respect the rules and their opponents. So, to clarify: If your opponent breaks any rule that would make you eligible for a win, it is your prerogative whether or not you want to take advantage of it. If you want to show mercy and continue, that's your call. If you want to take advantage of the rules we've set in place for situations like this and do it, that's on you as well. The only thing you should definitely report 100% of the time is an illegal deck list. If that's the case, stop playing immediately and bash me over the head because I shouldn't have let it slide in the first place.
