I'll have to double check them, but I can reasonably assure you that they're at least near mint.

As for the offer, I'm very pleased that you've come in with a very reasonable suggestion from the get-go; however, I've inspected my collection and realized that the Mewtwo LV.X is not a missing piece. Would you do the following instead?

1x Reshiram FA (NM or better preferred)
1x Your choice of either RDL piece (slightly less than NM is fine - just let me know what issues it has)

Unconfirmed: I just realized that I already have a metal energy first edition hidden away in my room lol, so I'll take that off the list. Gonna update with a slight edit. Also, $6-8 worth of mod cards sounds fine for the Banette ex unless I can find a better alternative.

Hello, so now I found your thread on these forums :)

Anyway, instead of the Neo Revelation Celebi/Raikou discussed on Pokegym, what condition are these in?

1 Ninetales (shadowless)
1 Venusaur (shadowless)

in terms of edgewear on the back and scratches on the front?

And also, are your Dragonite/Rayquaza ex from Dragon or Dragon Frontiers? If they're from Dragon, I want them. What condition are those in? (Scratches, scuffing, edgewear?)

The Ninetales and Venusaur are both near mint-mint: no visible scratches at all, no obvious scuffing, and just a shade of edgewear (the Venusaur seemed like it had none at all).

The Ray and Dragonite are both from ex dragons. Last I checked they were a solid near mint, having a natural holo bend but no clearly visible issues. There may be some edgewear or scuffing, but they looked fine last time I examined them.

In addition to the 1st ed cards we discussed, I'm also interested in the Blastoise error. Not a great deal, but it'd be a fun inclusion. Finally (as always), I'm after missing ex and * cards from my collection.

I would guess Ninetales is about $3.50 at the moment and Venusaur is about $11, judging by the finished auctions and also the ones that didn't sell on eBay. I have these 1st edition holos:

Your Ninetales value is way off, but the Venusaur isn't too far off the mark with me ($14-$15). So there's definitely some room to work.

If you don't mind, care to throw me an offer of some combination for any of Venusaur, Ninetales, Celebi, and Raikou? Looking forward to it. :)

P.S. As of posting, I don't need Hypno.

The last three shadowless Ninetales that sold on eBay were $3, $6, and $8 with unsold ones at $3, $4, and $6.

silentsword: once again, you're generally on the mark...But also once again, I feel like you're a few shades off: this time it's Dragonite and Rayquaza, which are each at least a few dollars more on the totem pole per the same method (completed ebay listings that sold)

As I suggested, though, we're pretty close. Let me know if you can do either of these options:

A) Add Lt. Surge's Fearow and Misty's Golduck

or

B) Take out Misty's Seadra, and add Moltres Fossil and Brock's Ninetales (Moltres's value is a shade higher than Seadra; Ninetales waxes and wanes, but I figure I'd just enjoy it more than the Seadra)

Both of these are reasonable given the value discrepancy. Either way, ttyl!

I think that's a deviance caused by the small picture, but you have a fair point.
