Regarding the Neo 3 pull rates, I've seen an entire sealed box get opened with not a single shining being pulled.

I saw an auction for one of those PSA 10 'zards end at around $20 last year.

Just letting you know I never recived.

Took a pretty casual approach to this set, only got one box and a promo blister. Stoked! All the reverses are alpha as well ;)
