Please let me know if this could be play very competitively. Not just right now but also in future tournaments.

Probably not.

The biggest flaw with Zygarde and Carbink right no way is that SM brought GX 'S which are unaffected by Carbink's ability. On top of that, they are both weak to grass, so it's an insta-loss to decidiplume decks and anything with lurantis GX. Maybe prior to SM this deck was decent but since its release, this deck hasn't seen the light of day.

Zygarde was played by someone at the Bloomfield (?) Regional earlier this year, but his build was different from your typical Zygarde/Carbink. He ran it like you would Turbo Darkrai, Max Elixirs, things like that. The problem with the deck right now is that it definitely has its problems vs Decidueye, the main thing being the fact that it hits for Super Effective damage more than anything else, surprisingly. That said, it's not that it's a bad deck and the Fighting Searcher Stadium thingy will only make it better next set, so I can see it being much more playable then. Personally, I prefer the straight Turbo route over Carbink BREAK, simply because Carbink doesn't stop GX Pokemon from making your life difficult and the energy acceleration from Discard isn't as crucial anymore as it once was.

Still, if you do opt to run Zygarde/Carbink, these are some things you should look out for:
- Decidueye can OHKO Zygarde EX if it does not have a Fighting Fury Belt. With one, however, it is forced to 2HKO unless they have 3 Decidueye out.
- Regirock EX is a massive Lysandre target if you run the Zygarde Turbo version.
- Carbink does not stop Decidueye GX from OHKOing it.
- Lugia EX, who is typically ran in the deck, resists Fighting Pokemon, which can be a pain.
- Tauros GX will become a pain if you cannot OHKO it. Granted, we have multiple ways in doing so, but this is something to keep in mind.

Also, keep in mind that while Decidueye GX is the main threat to this deck, Vileplume doesn't help out much, either. Locking out items is annoying to this deck and if it can avoid it, it would much prefer to do so.

Either way, I hope this all helps. If you like the deck, play it and don't worry about the Meta. Too many people fall in to that trap.

Edit: Also, if it helps, I currently run Zygarde Turbo. It can do some nasty things.

I too am a Zygarde EX deck player. I run 2 versions: Zygarde-Carbink with Hammers and Zygarde-Carbink with Zebstrika (hard counter to Yveltal EX, M Ray EX and Lugia EX). Both versions work well, IMO. Also this season, 2 different players won 3 LCs (2 Challenges and 1 Cup) running their particular versions of the decks, even amidst G deck players. So, the deck is competitive. I do know they both ran "lots of healing" and may have also run Weakness Policy (but I'm not sure).

A few comments for your consideration regarding your list above:

  • I've found to "consistently" (90%+) hit the Max Elixirs, I run 9+ Basic energy (this count changes based upon a few key factors the number of Trainer's Mail, Items, Shaymin EXs, etc.). What's your experience?
  • I personally am not a fan of Power Memory since one needs to discards 3 attached energy and I've found it to be too "situational" to justify a card slot.
  • Replacing a Float stone with an Olympia may prove to be more versatile since you can reuse this switching card multiple times via VS Seeker.
  • Why no Tauros GX which can Ninja Boy in, replacing a wounded Zygarde EX, and surprise KO an opponent's Pokémon?
I hope you find these comments helpful.
